Industrial Property
Industrial premises are the most difficult to sell on the open market
This is because the location and structure is very specific to the nature of the specific industry and local planning restrictions.
Our creative and proactive approach means that we can often see a solution with commercial value where none might be obvious.
If you feel you are stuck with an industrial unit that is restricting you or your business from moving forward, we will attempt to provide a solution that removes this barrier. In addition to an outright purchase we are always happy to look at joint ventures and results - based proposals.
Sale and leaseback
Relocating a production facility or warehouse can be expensive, time consuming and stressful. It can take months, even years, before productivity is re-established, particularly if key staff are lost in the relocation process.
Selling industrial premises and then remaining in them can often make much more sense commercially. Released cash can be reinvested in new plant and machinery to cut costs and improve productivity and make the long term future of the business more secure.
We can agree a lease to give you the security of tenure you require, so that you can plan your long term strategy. Part of this strategy might be to re-purchase the premises back in the future through a buy-back option contract, agreed in advance.
