Sale and leaseback?
If you have a viable business but are unable to maximise its potential due to cash flow restrictions, a sale and leaseback arrangement could be ideal for you. Many of the High Street retailers do sale and leasebacks on a regular basis to finance expansion. If you are established in a particular location you could lose your hard earned customer loyalty by moving to new retail premises, and quite possibly lose the goodwill of staff. By selling and remaining as a tenant you don't have to take this risk.
We will agree a lease that works for you so that you can invest in your business with confidence. We can also give you the option of buying the premises back in the future if you wish.
