Sell now and buy later
If your financial difficulties are likely to be temporary you might wish to have an option to buy back your home at a later date. If so, we’ll agree with you a market value that will be fixed at a time in the future. When that time comes you’ll either have the option of buying back your home – and we are obliged to stick to the price we’ve quoted you even if house prices have increased – or walk away from the deal with no loss whatsoever.
